Packages
There will be a variety of packages coming soon. Everyone who is new to CrossFit will be required to sign up for the basic fundamentals package.
- Fundamentals class $110.00. This will encompass 5 classes.
The Fundamentals class will begin with some basic information such as defining fitness, and explaining what CrossFit is.
Following the introduction to some CF knowledge we will begin to explain, demonstrate and then teach basic fundamental movements that provide the foundation for CrossFit’s functional fitness program.
- Squat
- Deadlift
- Shoulder press
- Push press
- Push jerk
- Overhead squat
- Front squat
- Sumo deadlift high pull (SDHP)
- Medicine ball clean
- Kipping Pull-up
- Glute Hamstring Developer
Clients may opt to choose one on one sessions with a trainer, usually resulting in a stronger foundation in the basic movements.
- One on one sessions are usually covered in a shorter period of time.
- Personal one on one training sessions can be scheduled at the request of the client or upon direction of the instructor if the client is not grasping certain concepts.
- One on one sessions are $75.00
CFP understands that life is crazy and full of unknowns. That is why we offer weekly WOD packages. If you are away often on business and you are going to be in town for a period of time then stop on by and you can pay for a week at a time.
- Unlimited group WOD’s for one week $50.00
Those who are not new to CrossFit will be required to perform fundamental movements for an instructor to verify basic CrossFit standards.
Once basic CrossFit movements have been established clients can join unlimited group classes and workouts for the monthly membership fee.
- Monthly membership is $110.00, which includes unlimited group classes.
- Long term fitness is the goal, and a way of life which is why I stress a minimum 3 month sign up, although it is not required.
Methods of payment are check or cash.
