About
My name is Steve Geiger, I am an active duty Marine that has the fortunate ability to train Marines . I am currently in charge of the physical training regiment for the Reconnaissance Training Company aboard Camp Pendleton. I am currently a level 1 CrossFit instructor, with plans on attaining an Olympic Lifting certification as well as Russian Kettlebell certification to name just a few. I used to row varsity crew for George Mason University, and was a personal trainer before I joined the corps. I have been involved in CrossFit for over a year and a half, and find myself in the best shape of my life, completly destroying some WOD’s like Eva, and stacking up average among many others. I have found a place where fitness is not described by how much you bench press, or how fast you run, but the culmination of ten physical adaptations. In essence being a jack of all trades and a master of none. My goal as a trainer is to teach mentor and strengthen the physical body of clients, but also to strengthen their mental aspect of fitness. Everyone has limits and no other program from my experience has the proven results to push people beyond what they thought they could accomplish. Hope to see you soon.

My name is Rodger Turner, I am active duty Marine. I have been in the Marine Corps for just over 17 years, most of that time as a Reconnaissance Marine. I was introduced to Crossfit by a friend Clay Cooper of Crossfit Black Daimond (an owner) about 4 years ago. I have completed Crossfit Level 1 Instructor Cert. and RKC Instructor Cert. from RKC Master Pavel Tsatsouline, with plans to Cert. in Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics ultimately earning a Crossfit Level 2. As a trainer I feel the body will accomplish, what the mind can not conceive. My goal is to teach a fit life style that makes all events seem easier today then yesterday.
